Topic: Hello, Did anybody have experience in preparing Gel with TAE and run in TBE buffer? Did it work? and vice versa? if you have anything about that by experience or by hearsay, share your words. My experience is I prepared gel with TAE (1%) and happened to run in TBE gel accidentally. It worked fine. Others said the gel will melt. What's your opinion?
