Topic: Hello,

Did anybody have experience in preparing Gel with TAE and run in TBE buffer? Did it work? and vice versa? if you have anything about that by experience or by hearsay, share your words.

My experience is I prepared gel with TAE (1%) and happened to run in TBE gel accidentally. It worked fine. Others said the gel will melt. What's your opinion?

Thank you

This forum aims to bridge the gap between biological researchers that work in the complimentary research area of interest, or to provide “opportunistic collaboration”. Please share your understanding of the funding landscape, valued and positive attitude knowledge for collaborative research. Resources, how to acquire and how to deal with funds are also needed to be discussed.
